Contract for Mechanical-Biological Treatment Plant of Municipal Solid Waste in Stalowa Wola

Control Process signed the contract with Miejski Zakład Komunalny in Stalowa Wola for construction of Mechanical-Biological Treatment Plant of Municipal Solid Waste. The target capacity of the plant is at least 60 thous. Mg/year of processing of mixed municipal solid waste. The waste will be taken and processed from the area of 210 thous. inhabitants. The plant will consist of the mechanical part( sorting department) and the biological part ( composting and horizontal dry fermentation).
It is the first plant that type at the Podkarpacie region, in which from biogas received from the waste, heat and electrical energy will be produced. The capital budget is around 89,47 mln PLN. The project duration is foreseen for August 2015.
