Construction of a Distribution and Measurement Node in Strachocina.

The scope of the project involved the construction of a new distribution and measurement node and a DN 700 gas pipeline connecting the planned node with the existing Strachocina node. The node under construction and the gas pipeline system were adapted for bidirectional (reverse) gas transmission, which significantly improved the security of supply.

The task of designing and building the Paldiski gas compressor station was part of a program to develop the Estonian natural gas transmission system, by creating a new connection with Finland (the so-called Balticconnector). The scope of the implemented installation included an international gas measurement station and a compressor station equipped with a compression unit driven by an electric motor.

The Puiatu gas compressor station construction project is part of the Estonian gas transmission system development plan, by creating a connection with Finland (Balticconnector) and expanding the connection with Latvia. The compressor station has been equipped with compressor units driven by electric motors.

Implementation of the task included the performance of construction and assembly works, delivery of compression sets, modernization and performance of design and formal and legal works. The construction of a natural gas compressor station on the premises of the Radlin Natural Gas Mine (KGZ) was aimed at increasing gas pressure to the value required at the point of delivery to the transmission system. The gas compressor station included three compressor sets plus the necessary technical infrastructure required for their operation.

The task included the expansion of the Gustorzyn gas distribution node, required to connect new gas pipelines to the node: Gustorzyn – Odolanów DN 700, MAOP 8.4 MPa and Rembelszczyzna – Gustorzyn DN 700, MAOP 8.4 MPa. Completing the project enabled increasing the capacity of the entire facility to over 3,600,000 m³/h.

The project involved providing general contracting services in respect of the surface section of the Kosakowo Underground Gas Storage. The surface infrastructure of the storage with a capacity of 250 million m³ included: a gas measurement station, gas compressor station, gas drying installation, technological boiler room and all auxiliary facilities and installations.

The task included an EPC contract for the comprehensive implementation of all well zones of the oil and gas mine located on the Lubiatów, Międzychód, and Grotów deposits. The documented, extractable resources of the mine amounted to approx. 7.25 million Mg of oil and approx. 7.3 billion m³ of natural gas.
Innovative flares with a closed combustion chamber were constructed in the completed well zones, which enabled meeting strict environmental standards resulting from the location of the project in an area covered by the Natura 2000 program.

The project was implemented out as part of the task: “Modernization of Jarosław II natural gas compressor station”. It included the demolition of the old natural gas compressor station and the construction of a new facility to replace the former one, on a general contracting basis.

The task included comprehensive implementation of construction and assembly works, involving the construction of a complete natural gas mine on the Jasionka II deposit. CONTROL PROCESS was responsible for the implementation of works in all sectors, conducting tests, commissioning the installation and its handover to the end user for operation.

The task included comprehensive implementation of construction and assembly works, involving the construction of a complete natural gas mine on the Kupno deposit. The scope of works included equipping gas wells, construction of reduction and measurement nodes and gas pipelines, a gas drying installation, as well as all auxiliary facilities and installations. After the installation was commissioned, the mine was handed over to the end user for operation.
