CONTROL PROCESS S.A. Successfully Completes Key Investment for KRNiGZ Dębno

CONTROL PROCESS S.A. is proud to announce the successful completion, on October 30, 2025, of the investment project titled “Development of the Różańsko Deposit and Construction of a Cogeneration Plant for KRNiGZ Dębno.”

The project encompassed the modernization and expansion of infrastructure at the Różańsko deposit wells, including a 20 km produced water pipeline made of fiberglass-reinforced composite, upgrades to the OC Barnówko facilities, construction of technological pipelines, and the installation of a state-of-the-art cogeneration plant featuring a gas turbine and electricity generator, complemented by a waste heat recovery boiler, an energy building, and supporting systems.

This investment will significantly enhance the efficiency and reliability of KRNiGZ Dębno’s energy system, while also contributing to increased raw material production, supporting the company’s long-term growth and sustainability goals.

The contract concerns the construction of a modern cogeneration system at the Combined Heat and Power Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice (Bielsko-Północ EC2).
