A contract for the reconstruction and modernization of the municipal sewage treatment plant for the Koło agglomeration

The company from the Capital Process Capital Group signed a contract for the development and modernization of the municipal sewage treatment plant for the Koło agglomeration.

The investment task includes the design and implementation of the reconstruction and modernization of the existing sewage treatment plant with the use of technology that will enable the achievement of parameters of treated sewage and sediment parameters that meet the currently binding legal regulations.

The scope of construction and reconstruction of sewage treatment plants will include facilities and installations, which in accordance with the adopted technology will be necessary to achieve the capacity of 10,000 m3 / day, the required technical and technological effects. The replacement of equipment in the existing sewage pumping station, the construction of a new degree of mechanical treatment of sewage, the construction of new facilities for the biological part of the sewage treatment plant, secondary settling tanks and the third degree of sewage purification is envisaged. There will also be a blower station, sludge thickening and hygienization station, a drainage station and a new multi-purpose treatment plant.

The end of the contract concluded between the consortium of which the leader is Control Process EPC Environmental Protection Sp. z o.o. and Miejski Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Koło is planned for 2019.

The value of the project is over PLN 42 million.
